Terms and Conditions for the Auction

 All bidders and persons attending this Auction sale at IBIDAUCTION.CA acknowledge and agree that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions of the Auction sale and agree to be bond thereby. If you have any questions or concerns in regards to these Terms and Conditions, please contact us (VIA EMAIL ONLY) info@ibidauction.ca  for clarification, before registering for this Auction.  

 By registering, you represent and warrant any and all Buyer’s information is accurate and complete. It is solely the Buyer’s responsibility to maintain current Buyer’s information for completeness and accuracy. IBIDAUCTION.CA reserves the right to deny and or terminate registrations at any time at its sole discretion without notification. IBIDAUCTION.CA also reserves the right to deny usage and access of its services and website at any time without notice and liability to any persons or third parties. 

All bidders are required to register for the Auction sale. To register, bidders are required to provide their names, their company’s name and address and contact number along with $500 advance deposit. This deposit is refundable once the invoice has been paid in full or the bidder has not purchased any item from the Auction sale. 

All sold goods are “AS IS”- WHERE IS- IN PLACE”- and WITH ALL FAULTS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refund or exchange will be given whatsoever. Neither IBIDAUCTION.CA nor its vendors make any warranty, express or implied, as of the nature, quality, value or condition of any asset being sold in this Auction. IBIDAUCTION.CA or its vendor expressly disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All goods are being sold with all errors to description faults and imperfections whether visible or not. 

         IBIDAUCTION.CA shall have full authority to delete, add or change any item or items from its Auction sales without notice.

 IBIDAUCTION.CA reserves the right to cancel or postponed its auction, or any sale resulting therefrom, at its own discretion without notice. IBIDAUCTION.CA will have no liability to prospective bidders or vendors as a result of any withdrawal, cancellation or postponement of its Auctions or Sales. 

Buyers are fully responsible for paying their invoices in full within 24 hours of an Auction’s ending. Failing to do so, Full invoice amount plus 18% Buyer’s premium will be processed and charged to the same Credit Card used for the Auction registration.   

 13% sales tax will be added to all invoices.  

  15% buyer’s premium will be added to invoices paid by E-Transfer, Debit Cards, Certified funds and Cash. Any invoice paid by Credit Card is subject to 18% Buyer’s premium.  All Bank Drafts and Certified Funds are subject for verification by our Bank before they are accepted as payments

IBIDAUCTION.CA shall not be accountable for any technical difficulties, failure or errors experienced by the bidders during online bidding.

 The highest bidder shall be the purchaser subject to the auctioneer having the right to refuse the bid of any person. The record of sale kept by IBIDAUCTION.CA and bookkeeper will be taken as final in the event of a dispute. 

Shall be at the expense, risk and liability of the buyer. Only paid in full goods are allowed for removal. IBIDAUCTION.CA shall not be responsible for goods not removed within the time allowed. 

IBIDAUCTION.CA and or its associates are not responsible whatsoever for any accidents or injuries occurred during Auction previews and removal of the sold assets by the bidders or their parties.
